Who is responsible?
Codewera is a brand of Creagrid BV, Antwerpse Steenweg 19, 9080 Lochristi, België / Belgium. BE0785645956. Creagrid BV is the controller for this website and enquiries submitted through our forms. Contact: [email protected]. You may also write to the postal address above.
What we collect and why
For an enquiry, workflow scan or ROI calculation, we process the information you provide: name, email, optional telephone number, company, website, industry, company size, your question and workflow details. For the calculator, we also store your inputs and calculated scenario. Where available, we retain the referring page and campaign context to understand how you reached us. Do not submit sensitive information or confidential customer files.
We use this information to answer your request, prepare a discussion or quotation and manage follow-up in our CRM. Steps you request before entering a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business representatives and general enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to relevant requests is the basis (Article 6(1)(f)). This does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Security and statistics
Our hosting and Cloudflare process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver the website and prevent abuse. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and temporary, hashed rate-limit information. Security processing relies on our legitimate interest in providing a secure service. Optional statistics require consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Read our cookie policy; change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer.
Who has access?
Only authorised staff and providers needed for hosting, security and communication have access for their tasks. DigitalOcean hosts the website and CRM; Cloudflare provides traffic security and form checks. We do not sell personal information. International providers may process information outside the EEA. Their locations and transfer mechanisms are described by DigitalOcean and Cloudflare. Contact us to ask about the safeguards for your information.
Retention
We retain enquiry information while needed to answer it, prepare a quotation or manage an ongoing business relationship. When a matter closes, we assess whether retention remains necessary for contractual obligations, disputes or statutory records; information with no remaining purpose is deleted. The period therefore depends on the nature and progress of the request. Temporary form rate limits expire after 15 minutes; the preferences cookie expires after 180 days.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact [email protected] or our postal address. You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Required fields are needed to handle your request; without them we cannot process the form. The ROI result is an indicative calculation, not an automated decision with legal effects. Last updated: 26 September 2026.
