From first enquiry to site and invoice.
Construction software connecting sales follow-up and site operations. Customers, quotes, projects, job sheets and documents share one starting point.
Explore what we built
What works smarter now.
Not isolated features, but a connected digital workflow. These are the capabilities we built into the platform.
A continuous customer record
The sales pipeline connects to quotes and project follow-up.
Digital site administration
Tasks, job sheets and documents are linked to the project.
Less duplicate lead entry
Website intake can enter the CRM directly.
The need behind the software.
In a construction business, one enquiry passes through sales, estimating, planning, site teams and administration. Software needs to preserve that context: not starting over at each stage, but building on the same customer and project record.
One connected workflow.
We built an ERP connecting website leads to deals, quotes and projects. Planning, tasks, job sheets and supplier documents attach to that flow. Businesses manage their own users, catalogues and document branding, keeping a shared software product distinct from shared business records.
Commercial agreements, site information and documents need to stay connected through each handover.
The record connects sales and delivery. Documents and operational information belong to the same project.
Progress, step by step.
Follow the construction workflow
Sales stages connect to site visits, quotes and delivery. Website enquiries arrive directly as leads, with protection against duplicate delivery.
Connect office and site
Job sheets, tasks, daily reports and documents were attached to projects, making the information available in its site context.
Design document handling deliberately
We provided document versions, VAT choices and structured invoice handling. Sending, accounting and payment remain distinct statuses.
What was delivered.
- CRM and sales pipeline
- Quotes and branded documents
- Project, task and planning management
- Job sheets and daily reports
- Supplier documents and project costs
- Prepared Peppol document workflow
Privacy and regulation considered.
Document handling distinguishes a PDF from a structured electronic invoice. Belgian B2B requirements apply within their scope from 1 January 2026. The prepared Peppol flow therefore includes explicit legal company identity, VAT choices and retention of original documents. The connection is not presented as activated in production: onboarding and sending require separate approval and acceptance tests. Privacy and business-data separation are design requirements; this showcase is not certification or a full legal audit.
What next? Keep improving.
New modules extend the same business and project model. External document integrations are activated through controlled steps; technical implementation does not automatically mean operational use.
