From booking to dispatch in one flow.
A taxi platform connecting online requests, dispatch and drivers. Less passing information around, more control over the full trip workflow.
Explore what we built
What works smarter now.
Not isolated features, but a connected digital workflow. These are the capabilities we built into the platform.
Requests go straight to dispatch
The booking flow delivers structured trip information to operations.
Drivers connected to planning
Assignment and trip follow-up are part of the same workflow.
Status updates without retyping
Customer status and the communication timeline follow operational progress.
The need behind the software.
A taxi request is only the beginning. The trip needs review, a driver and vehicle assignment, and reliable follow-up. Separate website, dispatch and driver workflows make it hard to know what has actually been confirmed. The brief: one connected process with a clear role for the dispatcher.
One connected workflow.
We connected the booking website to a central operations environment and dedicated dispatch and driver screens. New requests enter the right workflow. Dispatch retains control over acceptance and assignment; status changes feed back into customer communication.
A request is not an accepted trip. That distinction must be clear to customers, drivers and dispatch.
Request, assignment and trip status belong to the same record. The team does not need to reconstruct progress across separate systems.
Progress, step by step.
Start with the trip
We structured the flow around requesting, reviewing, assigning and following up. A request remains clearly distinct from a confirmation.
A workspace for each role
Dispatch gets operational oversight. Drivers get their own trip information. Customers see a limited status view, not internal dispatch data.
Automate handovers
Website requests and status updates move between components. Repeated technical deliveries are handled so the same request does not become a new trip each time.
What was delivered.
- Online booking flow
- Central dispatch workspace
- Driver and customer portals
- Connected trip status and communication
- Digital duty sheets and transport receipts
Privacy and regulation considered.
For taxi operations, the operator, driver and trip records matter. The software separates operational roles and supports duty sheets and transport receipts. A website booking does not automatically create an accessible customer account, limiting unintended access to booking data. Flemish licensing rules provided the relevant framework for this project review. Software does not replace an operating licence, driver permit or review by the competent authority; activation requires correct information and operational checks.
What next? Keep improving.
Key follow-up areas are request delivery, correct status transitions and dispatch exceptions. Extensions build on that same operational flow.
